John Gibbons began his career hosting shows on Irish pirate radio stations ‘Kiss FM’ & ‘Nova’, before moving into radio nationally. Previously represented by Mark Reeder of Berlin’s legendary ‘MFS’, John has produced for and released records with 'Bush Records’, ‘Get Down Recordings’ and 'Gatecrasher Immortal’ along with remixing acts such as Professor Green, Sander van Doorn & Mark Ronson.At the forefront of discovering new music and breaking underground crossover records, John holds established residency with his weekly shows on Dublin radio station 'Spin 1038' and 'Spin South West’ in the south of Ireland. John’s also hosts his ‘POWER’ podcast with over 150,000 weekly subscribers, whilst presenting ‘ClubEducate Global’, currently syndicated to over 30 stations across the globe. ‘Your Love’ is the first release from DJ & Producer John Gibbons since signing a record and publishing deal with London based ‘Good Soldier Songs’, home to Biffy Clyro, Birdy, The 1975, and fellow Irishman and rising star Gavin James. ‘Your Love’ is released globally on new Irish label ‘Blindsided’ on September 4th.In support of the release John is already confirmed for Ireland’s premier music festival ‘Electric Picnic’ this September, and ‘Festibar Festival’ in Switzerland this winter along with support shows for Sigma and Dusky in his home country in the autumn.Listen:
